“Residential house for 102 inhabitants”

A project satisfies to all requirements of housing design for dry-hot climate and socail specificity nature of Uzbekistan. 2-3-4 room apartments have thorogh wind and gardnes under open-sky for warm time period which lasts for almost 9 months/. A multi-level terracing gives 'ship-like' structure outlook floating among hills in the urban settings. (Prototype of the South Warf St.George Estates)
